Hiking

Jon and I went out eat at Yum Burgers and went for a drive afterwards. We stopped at a park to go hiking but I don't where we were. It was very beautiful though.

Sometimes its nice to relax by taking a walk in the woods with someone you love. I always enjoy walking with Jon. He is so sweet.

Appomattox Court House

I took a weekend off from work and Jon decided that we were going to go to the Bristol Race in Tennessee. We decided to stay in Roanoke, Virginia which is about two hours from Bristol. We wanted to to visit a few sights while we were in the area and we went to Appomattox Court House, where Lee's Army surrendered at the end of the Civil War.  Courthouse in Appomattox Court House. I learned that the name of the town is Appomattox Court House but nothing actually took place in this building. This is the back of the building. Front of the Courthouse.
