Happy Anniversary!

Today is our fifth wedding anniversary. It's amazing to think so much time has gone by. I love him more and more each day and I can't imagine my life with out him. It hard to imagine that five years ago today, we were saying "I do" in front of our friends and family.

Appomattox Court House

I took a weekend off from work and Jon decided that we were going to go to the Bristol Race in Tennessee. We decided to stay in Roanoke, Virginia which is about two hours from Bristol. We wanted to to visit a few sights while we were in the area and we went to Appomattox Court House, where Lee's Army surrendered at the end of the Civil War.  Courthouse in Appomattox Court House. I learned that the name of the town is Appomattox Court House but nothing actually took place in this building. This is the back of the building. Front of the Courthouse.
